O banco da Torcida do Brasil

Paris 2024

Banco do Brasil's Olympic campaign with Ourocard Visa. After receiving the official key visual from PILOTO.TV (astonishing work, by the way), it was our time to get the job done: a true sprint against the clock.

Process

Volume is a design problem too.

01

The concept lands

PILOTO.TV delivered a joyful world: Caramelo the dog, vuvuzelas, the Arc de Triomphe in campaign colors. My work started there — understanding the system inside the KV so every adaptation would still feel like the original party.

02

Unfold, fast

Each format has its own logic: banners need hierarchy in 550×330 pixels, stories breathe vertically, WhatsApp cards carry QR codes, and every audience line — retail, premium, consumer, business — swaps cards, offers and CTAs. The volume was big; the deadline wasn't.

03

Strategy beats hurry

The real design tool here was time management: master files built for quick swaps, pieces batched by format, priorities set by delivery date. That's how a mountain of pieces ships without losing consistency — or sleep.

Outcome

It ran everywhere.

Approved with only minor copy tweaks, the campaign went live across digital and out-of-home — and earned the team the next Olympic-sized brief.

Digital

Social media · Google & Meta Ads · YouTube · homepage · landing pages

Out of home

Digital totems · mega banners · billboards · digital elevators · street clocks · mega LED (Highline)

Broadcast

Merchandising spots on national television

And then came the sequel: after this campaign, our team was trusted with Banco do Brasil's FIFA World Cup 2026 campaign — again with a PILOTO key visual, again with a large volume of adaptations handled by the dedicated team I'm part of.
